Dr. Rita R. Gibson PhD. PsyThD., MA PTh, MBA. BSN-RN

Dr. Rita R. Gibson’s Spiritual Foundation developed by many years of serving in various ministries; Praise and Worship Team, Deaconess, Missions Team- Medical/Women’s Ministry, Young Adult Sunday School facilitator, and Marriage Ministry.  Dr. Rita Gibson humbly accepted her call on September 1, 2010, and

God birthed in her Women at the Well Living Water Ministry, LLC, on October 12, 2010.

The vision of the ministry is to Reach, Reconcile, Restore, Revive, and Release the lost with the saving message of Jesus Christ. She began to serve as an Associate Minister. Intercessor, Worship team, Women’s Ministry, Marriage Ministry, and Pastor Administrative Assistant.

Dr. Rita R. Gibson is blessed to be serving with her husband, Pastor/Chaplain Benjamin Gibson of Kingdom EmPOWERment Outreach Ministries, Inc. Rita is also a member of UACCCI (United Association of Christian Clergy, Chaplains, and Counselors International), and is an assigned Administer Assistant, Newsletter Editor, and State Bishop Representative for Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia.

She has a BSN in Nursing, MBA in Management, Masters in Practical Theology/Christian Ministry/Church Plant, Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Development, Doctorate in Clinical Theocentric Psychology-PsyThD., and a Doctorate in Divinity. Licensed Clinical Professional Addiction Recovery/ Biblical Counselor (LCP AR/BC). Certified Christian Life Coach/HIScoach, Relationship/Pre-Marriage/Marriage Coach/Counselor. She is an Author, International Speaker, Coach, Mentor, and Igniter. Her passion is Church Planting and Global missions. Her goal is to empower and equip others to identify the Champion living within them. Her sole purpose is to be an obedient servant of God! “I want to be so transparent with my testimony to help those to know the true power of God!” … Without any Apologies!
